2.1 Mr Meats sells fresh and frozen meat, poultry, and related products for delivery within our advertised delivery zones, or for collection from our shop at 80 Quarry Street, Hamilton.
2.2 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, weights, and prices on our website are accurate. Weights for fresh products are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of butchery.
2.3 Allergen information is provided on individual product pages where applicable. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us directly before ordering at info@mrmeats.uk or 01698 237187.
2.4 Some products are sold frozen. Where this applies, it will be stated on the product page.
3. Orders and Delivery
3.1 Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday qualify for same-day delivery, subject to your delivery postcode falling within our delivery zones.
3.2 Delivery charges are calculated based on your postcode and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
3.3 Click and Collect orders can be collected from our shop during opening hours.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
